Our deli is a little slice of Italy right here on the Coffs Coast.

We have worked tirelessly to source the very best Italian range of cheeses, salumi items, and Italian pantry goods.

One of the specialty goods we stock is Burrata, a hand-made buffalo mozzarella ball with cream oozing from inside when cut open and it’s simply to die for.

Our deli freezer is stocked with a range of take-home meals including lasagne, cannelloni, spaghetti and meatballs, beef brisket linguini plus more especially designed for those nights when you just need a night off cooking!

We also have a number of Italian soft drinks, syrups, panettone and pastry items. Tea Tonic organic loose leaf tea is also available from the deli.

Coffee is available for dine in or takeaway. Our La Marzocco machine was imported from Italy and makes a simply delicious cup of coffee.

We went to Silvio’s for a bottomless brunch and had such an amazing experience! The service was fantastic, and even with the many changes we made to our booking, nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the drinks were just as good! 🍹 The bottomless brunch was definitely worth the money, and we all had such a great time.
