Silvio’s has always been about family, tradition, and sharing good food.

After much reflection coming into 2025, we’ve decided to step away from dine in dinner service and focus on what we truly love—bringing you fresh, authentic Italian pastries, bakery items, and an all-day breakfast that feels like a treat every time you visit.

Starting today Feb 4th, we’ll be focusing our efforts and pride on our bakery display filled with bomboloni, pistachio croissants, passionfruit cruffins, and signature strawberry bombolio shake.

We’ll still be serving our wood-fired pizzas, and coffee you love—just with a fresh focus on mornings and afternoons.

This decision brings us back to our roots, offering something truly special to our community—an authentic Italian pastry experience right here in our little pocket of the world.

We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait for you to experience this next chapter with us.
